Nowadays, with the improvement of shot peening and blasting technology, the customers’ demand also has been increasing. For example, in the aerospace industry, customers require controlling the abrasive flow rate by comparing the preset flow rate and the actual flow rate under the different pressure and parameters, the difference between those two flows rate should be within the range. So using the Non-Ferrous Flow Controller is imperative.

Model selection has great importance of controller designing for achieving better flow rate. Testing and improving the device from the testing finding is necessity. It took almost half a year to design, testing and pilot run. At present, it had got a lot of progress.
